Admin manages this list and can delete any brief. Sales fills in and submits briefs. Viewer can read the queue but not submit.

The nightly customer sync runs with nobody signed in, so it needs its own long-lived permission. Connect it once; reconnect only if it is revoked.
Every picture the intake form offers, mined from released offers or uploaded here. Click a caption to correct it — anyone signed in can. Hiding takes a picture out of the picker and out of generated offers without deleting anything; it can be undone, and anything left hidden for 30 days is listed for permanent removal.
The customer picker on the intake form reads a cached copy of the Zoho CRM accounts. It refreshes every night; run it by hand after adding a plant in Zoho.
